6. Can drone footage be included, and are there any restrictions?
Drone footage is possible but depends on weather, location permissions, and licensing. Discuss this early to ensure it can be safely and legally captured.

7. Will the videographer work alongside photographers and other vendors?
Yes, they should. Professional videographers like myself, coordinate with photographers and other suppliers to avoid interference while capturing all important moments. I work alongside Becky who works perfectly with me, so check her out if you are yet to book a photographer.

8. How long do they usually film on the wedding day?
Coverage can range from a few hours (ceremony and key moments) to full-day filming. Most couples choose full-day coverage to capture prep, ceremony, reception, and evening celebrations.

9. Can we have a consultation or meet the videographer before booking?
Absolutely, this is vital! Many videographers offer consultations in person, via video call, or on-site at the venue to discuss style, coverage, and your expectations. The best advice is to reach out to me via my contact form so we can book in a call.

10. When will we receive our final edited wedding film?
Delivery typically takes 4–12 weeks after the wedding, depending on editing complexity, backlog of film edits and the type of film chosen.

1. 12. Are there options for shorter teaser or highlight videos suitable for social media?
   Yes. Many couples opt for short highlight reels or teaser videos alongside the main film to share on social media. I will provide you with a 1 minute teaser, 24 or 48 hours after your wedding. Most couples will then have a highlight film to follow.

13. Can we choose our own music or soundtrack for the wedding film?
A common question! Sadly, I opt no for this question as the music determines the story of the film. Mainstream music you hear on the radio is an absolute no go due to licensing restrictions. I am happy to discuss genres with you to see if it can make the cut.

14. Can videographers accommodate multicultural, same-sex, or multi-day celebrations?
Yes. Experienced videographers can adapt to a wide variety of wedding traditions, ceremonies, and multi-day events, capturing all special moments. Love is love!

15. Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. I am happy to send these documents to your venue if required. Make sure any supplier you book has this.

16. How do you do you send our wedding film, and can our family and friends download the films?

Like most wedding videographers, I have gone digital. I use a state of the art delivery platform called Vidflow. This platform effortlessly enables you watch your film wherever you are. Furthermore, you can screen the video to your TV with just a few clicks of a button. Once your film has been delivered, you can share the link with friends & family for them to watch if you wish. It’s worth noting that I will only share the link/wedding film with you & maybe the photographer.

17. How do we book you?

Firstly, get in touch via my contact form and if you are happy to book me in to film your wedding. Secondly, a deposit is required to secure your date along with a contract & questionnaire. Once these stages have been confirmed, you are officially booked in!
